If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you have an option to Return the item and get Refund.

 

Returns:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return

• Your item must be unused and undamaged.

• Your item must be in the original packaging.

• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Your items must not be on a discounted sale price.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping / delivery costs for returning your item. Shipping / delivery costs are non­-refundable. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and track-able mail service or deliver to our warehouse.

 

Refund:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

 

You will receive the credit within 14 calendar days, depending on your original payment method provider policies.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We will notify you via email when you order is shipped / ready to be delivered.

If we are expecting high volumes of orders, shipment may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is significant delay in shipment / delivery of your order, we will contact you via email.

We do not account for shipping / delivery rates on our website. We will contact you if we need to charge shipment / delivery cost depending on your location, weight of your order, quantity ordered etc via telephone or email.
