Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations and ensure the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate will be organised, possess strong communication skills, and have a background in the office management.

Responsibilities

Managing employee schedules and potential conflicts

Taking inventory of office supplies and order more if needed

Helping establish and maintain office procedures

Assisting senior management team when needed

Dealing with staff recruitment

Attending seminars and training

Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for office records
- Excellent phone etiquettes and communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in team management and supervising staff
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
